Born in Oneonta, NY, Baked & Brewed Café opened its doors in October 2024 with one simple goal, to bring people together over great coffee, fresh bagels, and genuine connection. What started as a cozy spot on Winney Hill Road quickly grew into a local favorite, thanks to the incredible support of our community.

At Baked & Brewed, we believe every cup and every bite should be crafted with care. From hand-rolled bagels to locally roasted coffee, everything we serve is made to fuel both your day and your spirit. Whether you’re grabbing a quick latte on your way to work, catching up with friends, or just soaking in the atmosphere, this is your space to slow down and enjoy.
